Lost Packages:
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the selected courier service, Muscle Potential is no longer responsible for the delivery of the package. All responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered items lies with the courier.
We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, but please note that Muscle Potential does not assume liability for any packages that are lost, delayed, or mishandled after leaving our facility. At that point, all responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as lost, delayed, or missing in transit, we recommend that you contact the courier service directly to file a claim or inquiry. Each courier has its own process and system for addressing these matters.
